RETIREE MEDICAL CONTINUATION |

Employees who retire from the company with a service pension. |

Company Subsidy |
The employer pays 75% of the gross medical cost for employees who retired in 2004, 65% of the gross medical cost for employees who retired in 2005 and 55% of the gross medical cost for employee who retire in 2006. |
Effective 07/01/2006, No Change Effective 01/01/2007, No Change Effective 01/01/2008, No Change Effective 06/01/2009, the Company’s contribution for retiree only medical coverage for employees retiring on or after 06/01/09 is fixed at $80 per month for under age 65 retirees and $17 per month for over age 65 retirees. Dependent coverage is fully contributory at 100% of monthly billed premium. Pensioner and dependent contributions and benefits are subject to review and adjustment. |
